With 2018 only four months in, Corners Of Sanctuary have already been very busy.
Back in early February, the band signed a five year, multi-album deal with the German label Killer Metal Records, for the release of their new record The Galloping Hordes. The album, which was mastered in January by legendary producer Bill Metoyer (Slayer, W.A.S.P., Fates Warning, Armored Saint) will get a digital release in April followed by the CD release later this year.
Shortly after the signing, singer Frankie Cross returned to the group and the boys quickly announced plans for a mini European tour which includes dates in Spain, the Netherlands and Germany.
The band has already begun supporting the new album with a string of shows that have included appearing with That Metal Show co-host and comedian, Don Jamieson, and a performance at the Dead of Winter Storm Fest.
Still to come, Corners Of Sanctuary will be supporting Anthrax singer Joey Belladonna and his band Chief Big Way in May, will appear at Nikstock in New York in June, Europe in August and most recently adding to the tour, the band is now scheduling dates for several Canadian performances and a US West Coast run of shows this Autumn.
Corners Of Sanctuary also returned to the studio to work on several projects including re-recording a handful of older fan favourites as well as writing and recording new material for future releases.
With the recent release of a new lyric video for the first single from the new album The Galloping Hordes, additional dates to film and produce several more promotional videos for the album and European tour have been scheduled for April.
